You will map processes, study time and flow, develop SOPs, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams. A hands-on approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement.
• Solid understanding of lean principles, Six Sigma tools, and 5S methodology.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and relevant engineering software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
