Lead Kaizen events, apply Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kanban and Poka-Yoke, and partner with production and management to identify opportunities and sustain improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in industrial engineering with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Proven ability to apply Lean tools and drive improvement projects.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, training, and communication skills.
• Experience with process mapping and documenting SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives and CI projects in Sandton.
• Apply Lean tools (VSM, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Poka-Yoke) to optimize processes.
• Identify waste, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in current processes.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects in Sandton .

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying various Lean tools and methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing improvement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Excellent facilitation, training, and communication skills.
