Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Cleaning Supervisor in Cape Town to manage daily cleaning operations and lead a team of cleaners. You will ensure high hygiene standards, supervise scheduling, and implement safety protocols across facilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in industrial or commercial cleaning.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals, equipment and safety procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in industrial environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing staff and liaising with management in Cape Town.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
• Supervise, schedule and train cleaning staff.
• Conduct routine quality checks and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Liaise with facility management to address specific cleaning requirements or issues.
