We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Industrial Automation Sales Manager to join our dynamic LV Sales team. This critical role is an integral and valuable resource to both the sales and procurement teams, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence through strategic channel development, partner recruitment, and enablement within the industrial and automation landscape of South Africa.
The successful candidate will leverage their proven technical expertise, experience, and background in industrial automation technologies and the local market to build and nurture strong, mutually beneficial relationships with distributors, system integrators, resellers, and other channel partners. This role requires a dynamic, positive, and professional demeanor with an inherent passion to engage with a wide range of clients and institutions.
Salary: R50k
Channel Strategy and Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive channel sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and market trends in the industrial automation segments within South Africa.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (wholesalers, system integrators, panel builders, VARs etc.) that align with the company's strategic goals and market expansion plans.
