Qualifications

• 4-5 years’ experience in industrial automation, process control, instrumentation, or related manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of sensors, instrumentation, automation, and networking.
• Translate customer requirements into practical automation solutions.
• Proven commercial or customer-facing experience with sales aptitude.
• Experience engaging with engineering, production, procurement, and senior decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with end users, OEMs, system integrators, consultants, and key decision-makers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop projects within industrial and manufacturing environments.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation and instrumentation solutions.
• Provide technical and commercial support from enquiry through to sales and after-sales.
• Manage quotations, sales opportunities, customer visits, and CRM activity.
• Grow existing accounts while developing new customers and business opportunities.
• Support technical presentations, exhibitions, campaigns, and customer events.
• Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Keep up to date with automation, digitalisation, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
