Job summary

Prescient is seeking a Replication Administrator to independently administer replicated fund mandates, ingest third-party trade and cash data, strike NAVs, and perform full fund accounting to produce client-specific reporting.

You will ensure daily, weekly and monthly SLAs are met, manage onboarding of new funds, maintain audit trails, and work with multiple funds and stakeholders to resolve valuation variances.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. B.Com, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent) preferred.
• 2 years' experience in fund/hedge fund administration, fund accounting, or investment operations.
• Working knowledge of ASISA reporting standards advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Daily Processing: receive/validate 3rd party files, capture trades and cash, resolve breaks and discrepancies.
• Weekly/Monthly Processing: perform independent NAV striking, apply valuation policy, calculate fees and accruals, review trial balance.
• Client Reporting: produce client-specific reporting packs and respond to valuation/fee queries.
• Fund Onboarding & Change: assist onboarding of new funds and test process/system changes.
• Risk, Control & Governance: maintain audit trails and flag operational risks.
