Job summary

Prescient Fund Services is seeking a Replication Administrator to ensure accurate replication and independent checks across funds. You will manage daily trades, NAV striking, and client reporting, with a focus on meeting client SLAs and maintaining robust controls.

You will contribute to onboarding new funds, resolve data discrepancies, and support system changes while maintaining detailed documentation and enhancing process efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in fund/hedge fund administration, fund accounting, or investment operations.
• Working knowledge of ASISA reporting standards and unit trust/hedge fund valuation principles advantageous.
• Experience with fund accounting or portfolio management systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Daily Processing: receive/validate 3rd party trade and cash files, capture and process trades within daily cut-offs, resolve breaks and discrepancies.
• Weekly/Monthly Processing: perform NAV striking, apply valuation policies, process fees and accruals, prepare trial balance and valuation working papers.
• Client Reporting: produce client-specific reporting packs, ensure accuracy, respond to valuations/fee queries, support onboarding of new funds.
• Risk, Control & Governance: adhere to SLA and internal controls, maintain audit trails, flag risks and gaps to management.
