PwC SATIC seeks an Independence Senior Associate to support compliance, independence, and ethics activities for the Channel Islands firm. You will review disclosures, advise on permitted interests, and help mitigate regulatory risk across Independence, Ethics and Business Conduct.

You will work virtually with the Channel Islands Compliance, Independence & Ethics team, gaining insight into risk management amid increasing regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• University degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business, or related field.
• CA(SA) or internal audit certification preferred.
• Experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or regulatory review roles.

Responsabilités

• Review investments and financial interests logged by PwC CI partners and staff in the Checkpoint system for independence compliance.
• Provide clear guidance to CI stakeholders on permitted and prohibited interests.
• Allocate cases to Associates and manage workflow for timely reviews.
• Coordinate with UK Independence team and other stakeholders to resolve queries.
