Job summary

Outsource-X South Africa in Cape Town is seeking confident inbound sales professionals to join our fast-growing team in the new year. You will convert inbound calls into confirmed bookings, drawing on hospitality or travel reservations experience and excellent communication skills.

Shifts run 13:00–23:00 with rotation; own transport is required. Location: Somerset West, Cape Town. Limited spots, so act fast to chat about your next adventure!

Qualifications

• PC literate with standard office software.

• Proven sales skills, able to turn inbound calls into confirmed bookings
• At least 2 years' experience in hospitality or travel reservations

• Happy to work rotational 8-hour shifts between 13:00 and 23:00 (your shift can start any time during these hours)
• Own transport is required (please note that transport is not provided)
• Salary Range: R10000 - R15000 per month Extras: Other Bonus
• Nightshift Allowance
