Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of warehousing/distribution experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Design optimal delivery routes for timely, cost-effective transport.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, scheduling and usage.
• Manage inventory levels to meet delivery demand.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Drive cost reduction through route optimization and warehouse improvements.
• Own the distribution budget and drive network optimization.
• Lead and develop the distribution team and IR processes.
• Implement warehouse and transport management systems.
