Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures the highest level of adidas service is given to each customer.
• Completes regular sales transactions involving cash, credit, checks, etc.
• Assists in product flow from stockroom to sales floor on a fill-in basis.
• Assists in the development of displays of merchandise or follow suggestions or schedules provided by the store management team.
• Attain proficiency with the point-of-sale system and maintain policy compliance.
• Greets customers and helps them find the right product; may front-door greet during busy times.
• Maintains store housekeeping and safekeeping of assets.
• Supports loss prevention and reports suspicious activity according to procedures.
• Participates in in-store and digital training to gain product knowledge.
• Familiarizes with Power BI to understand store performance and top sellers.
