Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement global visual merchandising direction in-store to meet sales targets.
• Lead and train store staff on VM standards and practices.
• Maintain high presentation standards of windows, mannequins, lighting, and in-store displays.
• Conduct regular VM audits and monthly reporting using standard tools.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Regional VM Manager on merchandising initiatives.
