adidas Cape Town is looking for a motivated Retail Associate to deliver exceptional service, assist customers with product selections and ensure policies are followed. You will help stock flow and contribute to store presentation.

You will gain product knowledge through training and use the POS system confidently, including cash handling and security procedures, while working flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate.
• 0-1 years of retail experience.
• Absolute passion for retail and customer service.
• Ability to use your initiative.
• Clear and upbeat communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends.
• Adaptability to changing situations.

Responsabilités

• Ensures adidas service is given to each customer.
• As needed, completes regular sales transactions (cash, credit, checks).
• Involved with ticketing and checking paperwork against items received.
• Assists in product flow from stockroom to sales floor on a fill-in basis.
• Assists in development of displays per store management guidance.
• Proficient with the POS system while maintaining policy and procedure.
• Greets customers and helps find the right product; may serve as Greeter at front door during busy times.
• Maintains store cleanliness and safekeeping of company assets.
• Loss prevention and reporting suspicious activity per security procedures/SLAP.
• Participates in in-store or digital training for product knowledge and best practices.
• Familiarize with Power BI tools to understand store performance.
