Job summary

The Building Company is seeking an experienced sales/marketing professional to manage in-store sales and brand presence in Centurion. You will coordinate promotions, advertising and PR, and drive awareness of the product and service offerings.

Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, handling client queries, maintaining product knowledge, and improving sales processes. A Grade 12 and a valid driver’s license are required, with at least 5 years in related roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing and field roles.
• Relevant industry knowledge is required.
• A tertiary qualification in sales/marketing/technical field is advantageous.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints effectively and coordinate promotions, advertising and PR for the store.
• Grow, develop and build awareness of products and services offered.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop marketing strategies.
• Handle client queries and problem solving.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products, services and processes.
• Keep up-to-date with competitors and industry trends.
• Manage client relationships through all stages of the sales cycle.
• Improve sales efficiencies and processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Uphold and promote the company values and culture.
