Job summary

The Building Company in Mtubatuba is seeking a Sales Supervisor to maximise in-store turnover and lead the sales team. You will oversee stock levels, run daily reports, and drive quotations to close sales while maintaining company credit policies.

Applicants should have Grade 12, a valid driver’s license, and at least 2 years of sales experience with supervisory duties; Kerridge knowledge is a plus. This permanent role reports to the BUCO department in retail.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• 2 years sales experience with supervision preferred.
• Kerridge knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain stock levels.
• Run daily reports and follow up on quotations.
• Set monthly sales targets and lead weekly/monthly meetings.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and Finance on credit applications and approvals.
• Train and supervise Sales Consultants and ensure credit limits are adhered to.
