You will provide timely legal advice, review, draft and negotiate contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage intellectual property portfolios, collaborating with senior management to mitigate risk and support growth.

Qualifications

• A qualified Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Expertise in contract law and commercial litigation.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to provide clear, concise, actionable advice to non-legal professionals.
• Proven self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
