Qualifications

• Admitted attorney with at least 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong drafting and negotiation of complex commercial contracts.

• Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with experience using virtual collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare memos on emerging legal issues relevant to the business.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across different departments and time zones.
• Manage external counsel when required, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements
