• Admitted Attorney with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in corporate/commercial law and/or financial services regulation.
• Broad legal knowledge across various disciplines.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a corporate legal department is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate and commercial matters to various business units.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts.
• Assist with corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters relevant to the financial services industry.
• Support dispute resolution and litigation management, working with external counsel where necessary.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on emerging legal issues.
