Placements24 is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to join its legal department in Randburg. The role requires a versatile generalist adept at supporting a dynamic business, advising multiple stakeholders, and ensuring ethical compliance within a hybrid work model.

The successful candidate will handle diverse matters, draft and negotiate agreements, support governance, and contribute to strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a corporate/legal setting.
• Broad knowledge of corporate, commercial, employment and regulatory law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with contract management and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities
