Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with 6+ years post‑admission experience (private practice and/or in‑house).
• Broad knowledge of corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory law.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills; excellent analytical abilities.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a versatile and experienced In-House Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to their corporate functions in Queenstown . This role requires a broad understanding of various legal disciplines, including corporate law, employment law, and commercial litigation. You will be responsible for advising management on legal strategies, managing external counsel, and ensuring the company's compliance with all applicable regulations.
