Qualifikationen

• Matric
• Maritime experience required.

Aufgaben

• Receive and process release documents and receipts.
• Validate original bills and reconcile payments for receipting.
• Handle release documents and hand to AM for final release.
• Expedite agent haulage releases for early delivery instructions.
• Identify customers for expediting releases of Direct Delivery/ Reefer shipments.
• Notify customers of overstay deadlines and surrender documents prior vessel ETB.
• Follow up on uncleared containers to avoid storage relocation.
• Arrange movement of uncleared containers to the depot before last free day.
• Process invoices and resolve queries.
• Use Navis system to manage documentation.
• File and attach release files for Acquittals.
• Assist CSS team during busy periods or staff absence.
• Ensure emails are attended to daily.
