Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an Import Costing Clerk in Midrand, South Africa to ensure accurate management of import costings, shipping docs, and clearance processes. You will coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries, reconcile accounts, and maintain compliance with import policies.

Responsibilities include day-to-day costings, liaising with forwarders both internationally and locally, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation to support supply

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent numerical and data-collection skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiar with import, customs and SARCS procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day import costing and administration.
• Interface with freight forwarders, suppliers and internal teams.
• Liaise on SARSC and tariff queries and clearance status.
