Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental consulting or project management in the energy sector.
• Proficiency in GIS and knowledge of South African environmental legislation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct EIAs and related studies for energy projects.
• Develop EMPs and monitoring programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assess impacts on biodiversity, water, air and soil; propose mitigation.
• Liaise with regulators, stakeholders and community to address concerns.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle in Port Elizabeth.
