Placements24 is sourcing an experienced Project Manager to lead community development initiatives in Klerksdorp. You will oversee projects end-to-end, ensuring objectives, timelines and budgets are met while engaging stakeholders and allocating resources to deliver sustainable community benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, social sciences, or project management.
• Proven track record in managing projects, preferably in nonprofit or community development.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans with scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget and timelines.
• Manage project execution, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, assign tasks and ensure collaboration.
• Engage with community stakeholders, local government and partner organizations.
• Track performance and report status and outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with the organization's mission and deliver tangible community benefits.
