SANParks is seeking a Coordinator for Monitoring and Evaluation on a 5-year fixed-term contract based at Groenkloof National Park, Pretoria. The role focuses on designing and implementing an integrated M&E framework across Mega Living Landscapes projects, ensuring data quality and timely reporting to funders.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of M&E experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Formación

• NQF Level 7 in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Economics, Research, Data Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation, program performance, research, data management, or related field.
• Experience developing and implementing M&E frameworks and systems.
• Experience working with quantitative and qualitative data.
• Experience preparing donors, management, or stakeholder reports.

Responsabilidades

• DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT MONITORING AND EVALUATION SYSTEM: Design and oversee the implementation of a Projects Monitoring and Evaluation Plan (to monitor, evaluate and report on performance).
• MANAGE PROJECT MONITORING AND EVALUATION: Maintain awareness of sector developments; lead regular and ad‑hoc monitoring and evaluation tasks; monitor GEF8/GBFF projects in line with the results framework.
