Job summary

Love Justice International is seeking a Process Improvement Fellowship based in Ballito, South Africa, to serve as an internal consultant and improvement partner across the organization. The role focuses on simplifying, standardizing, and documenting processes to reduce complexity and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an operational or organizational role with demonstrated process improvement work.
• International, cross-cultural, or development-context experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Suite; familiarity with data analysis tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Leads to identify simplifications, standardization, or better documentation and implement the solution.
• Resist complexity drift by presenting evidence-based change cases to the relevant Lead.
• Improve and essentialize documentation within the National Field Manual and process guides.
• Standardize high-variance processes to improve outcomes across field contexts.
• Support the Improvement Audit Cycle by analyzing results and prioritizing improvements.
