• Familiarity with spreadsheets and data-driven decision-making (Google Sheets or Excel; Tableau or other analysis tools a plus).

Responsibilities

• Find the most important opportunities to increase mission impact by looking at field realities, data, and partner feedback.
• Turn learnings into simple, practical tools—software features, forms, spreadsheets, or clear processes.
• Collaborate to test new ideas in the field, learn quickly, and refine tools to scale.
• Work directly with field teams and partners to ensure solutions fit local contexts.
• Write clear standards and workflows so tools are used consistently across locations.
• Improve core processes by identifying problems and proposing evidence-based fixes.
