Job summary

Love Justice International is seeking a Process Improvement Fellow based at the Program HQ in South Africa. The role serves as an internal consultant to Leads, helping simplify, standardize, and better document core processes across the organization to reduce complexity and improve outcomes.

The fellow will collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and process owners, driving essentialization across data collection, HR, finance, and security, while building scalable frameworks for ongoing

Qualifications

• Mature Christian faith and agreement with our Global Value to Abide in Christ.
• Passion for justice and advocacy for vulnerable populations.
• 3+ years of experience in an operational or organizational role with process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Leads and serve as an embedded improvement partner to design and implement solutions.
• Identify and address complexity drift; present evidence-based change proposals.
• Improve and essentialize documentation within the organization’s manuals and guides.
• Standardize high-variance processes for consistent outcomes across contexts.
• Support the Improvement Audit Cycle by analyzing results and prioritizing actions.
• Help building organizational capacity with shared language and lightweight frameworks.
