Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements to business operations.
• Skilled in process mapping and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, analysis, and redesign of key business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets for process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to gather requirements, document current state processes, and design future state solutions.
• Manage the implementation of process changes, including coordinating training, communication, and change management activities.
• Monitor the performance of implemented processes, track key metrics, and ensure continuous improvement efforts are sustained.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes and project implementation.
