Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Education
• 8+ years of experience in educational leadership, administration, or consulting
• Proven track record advising educational institutions on strategic initiatives
• Deep knowledge of educational theory, pedagogy, curriculum development, and assessment
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and client relationships effectively
• Experience in facilitating change management processes within educational settings
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and program evaluations for educational institutions.
