Placements24 is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our strategy practice in Pretoria, Gauteng. You will lead workstreams, mentor junior consultants, and partner with leadership to define and execute growth strategies for client organisations.

You will conduct market analyses, build financial models, run workshops, and present findings to executive teams. The role requires a master's degree and 5+ years in management consulting, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or strategic advisory.
• Proven experience in developing and executing growth strategies.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to lead project teams and manage client engagements.
• Experience in stakeholder management and influencing senior decision-makers.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with the South African business landscape is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally to client sites.
