Formación

• 5+ years' experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at Executive level.
• Strong understanding of the financial services landscape, including market trends and customer behaviour.
• Experience leveraging marketing technology including marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Proven ability to create and execute innovative, customer-centric campaigns.
• Hands-on experience across digital marketing channels (social, email, content, SEO/SEM).
• Data-driven mindset to measure success, optimise campaigns, and inform decisions.
• Exceptional project management skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Implement IMC campaigns across channels to deliver cohesive messaging.
• Deliver a consistent and compelling message to target audiences across advertising, direct and digital marketing channels.
• Collaborate with BU/country segment to align campaigns with Group standards.
• Measure performance and optimise campaigns using analytics and insights.
• Support brand activations and sponsorships as part of integrated campaigns.
