Qualifikationen

• Qualified in law (LLB) or a recognized compliance qualification.
• Proven experience in Legal or Compliance roles within iGaming or betting.
• Strong knowledge of SA gambling laws and provincial licensing.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical policies.
• Experience working with regulators and audits.

• Provide legal advice on commercial, operational and regulatory matters.
• Draft and negotiate supplier and partnership contracts.
• Oversee regulatory compliance framework for SA iGaming.
