Job summary

Initiate in Sandton, Gauteng seeks a newly qualified CA(SA) to join as Finance Manager in the fast-paced iGaming and sports betting sector. You will own financial management, reporting, controls and compliance, and work with senior leadership across functions.

This role offers exposure from P&L and cash flow to regulatory reporting, budgeting and commercial decision-making, with opportunities to grow into broader finance leadership and contribute to strategic initiatives in a dynamic gaming

Qualifications

• CA(SA) with SAICA registration.
• Strong IFRS accounting knowledge.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Manage reconciliations, banking, suppliers and gaming wallets.
• Support regulatory reporting, VAT and gaming taxes.
• Collaborate with the CEO and department heads on financial decisions.
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance.
• Assist with external audits and payroll reconciliations.
