Qualifications

• Proven track record of governing MSPs and external vendors.
• Energy sector experience is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with the Managed Service Provider.
• Ensure ICT risks are managed and policies are adhered to.
• Act as the primary internal point for operational remediations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize platforms.
• Manage ICT spend and licensing renewals.
