Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced ICT Manager to lead internal technology operations and optimization. The candidate will own the relationship with the MSP, manage operational risks, and ensure adherence to ICT policies in a dynamic environment focused on renewable energy.

Key responsibilities include managing ICT budgets, leading audits, and driving platform optimizations. A degree in Information Systems and extensive experience in senior management within ICT are essential. The position offers a competitive salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years in ICT, with at least 5 years in a senior management role owning IT functions.
• Proven track record managing IT operations through external MSPs and vendors.
• Demonstrated experience in ICT budget management and change governance.
• Practical experience coordinating cybersecurity remediation and IT audits.
• Energy/Renewable Energy sector experience is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with the MSP and review performance metrics.
• Manage operational risks and ensure adherence to ICT policies.
• Serve as the internal escalation point for ICT stability.
• Drive consolidation and integration of existing platforms.
• Lead ICT audits and track risk remediation initiatives.
• Manage internal ICT budgets and software renewals.
• Lead the internal ICT team and manage direct reports.
• Provide structured reporting on performance to executive management.
