Qualifications

• Experience in a coordination, supervisory, or administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Stellenbosch and remotely as needed.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily cleaning schedules and assigning tasks to cleaning personnel.
• Managing incoming service requests and ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
• Monitoring the performance and productivity of cleaning teams.
• Ensuring adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and managing inventory.
• Conducting routine site checks and quality assurance inspections.
• Liaising with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
• Maintaining accurate records of services provided, staff attendance, and supply usage.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assisting in the training and onboarding of new cleaning staff.
• Collaborating with the management team on service improvements and operational efficiency.
