You will schedule staff, manage supplies, conduct site inspections, and enforce health and safety standards while liaising with facilities management to improve service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or coordination role within the cleaning or facilities management sector.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation applicable to cleaning services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, managing responsibilities both on-site in Klerksdorp and remotely.

Responsibilities
