Qualifications

• Proven experience in coordinating services, preferably within cleaning, hospitality, or facilities management sectors.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on client service.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and standard office applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule cleaning staff assignments across client locations in Sandton and surrounding areas.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding cleaning service requirements, feedback, and issue resolution.
• Oversee the quality of cleaning services, conducting regular inspections on-site and via remote reporting.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels and timely procurement.
• Train and onboard new cleaning staff, ensuring understanding of procedures and client needs.
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback and support.
• Maintain records of staff schedules, completed tasks, client communications, and supply usage.
• Liaise with facilities management to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Respond promptly to cleaning-related complaints or urgent requests.
• Contribute to development of cleaning service protocols to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
