Qualifications

About the Role

Our client, a prominent property management group, is looking for a proactive and organized Hygiene & Cleaning Services Coordinator to manage and enhance the cleaning operations across their commercial properties in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga . This role is fundamental to ensuring that all managed properties maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation, contributing to tenant satisfaction and property value. The Coordinator will work closely with external cleaning contractors, conduct regular site assessments, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong vendor management skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a hybrid work setting, balancing on-site evaluations with administrative duties related to the Nelspruit properties.
