The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with a Water Resources specialization, 7+ years' experience, and Pr Eng registration is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Water Resources specialization.
- Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years' water resources, hydrology and hydraulic design.
- Proficient in hydrological/hydraulic modeling software (HEC-RAS, SWMM).
- Experience with dams, pipelines, and treatment facilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct hydrological studies for rainfall, runoff, and groundwater data.
- Design and manage water supply, stormwater, and flood infrastructure.
- Develop water balance models and optimize allocation.
- Perform hydraulic modeling for rivers, channels, and drainage.
- Prepare reports, specifications, and drawings for projects.
- Collaborate with environmental scientists, urban planners, and stakeholders.
