Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse personnel to achieve operational targets.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance within the warehouse.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency and space utilization.
• Implement and utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Liaise with other departments, including transport and procurement, to ensure seamless operations.
• Address and resolve operational issues and conflicts within the team.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements.
