Placements24 is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our Rustenburg facility. This hybrid role balances on-site supervision with remote planning, focusing on efficient inventory control, safety, and productive team leadership.

You will lead a team, optimize workflows, and collaborate with logistics to meet distribution targets. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supervision, WMS proficiency, and a proactive, safety-minded approach.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in warehouse supervision or similar role.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control principles.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Rustenburg with remote contributions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping.
• Lead, train and motivate staff to meet performance goals.
• Enforce safety procedures to ensure a secure workplace.
• Monitor inventory, perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for efficiency.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Generate reports on performance (throughput, accuracy).
• Address operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in remote strategic discussions on efficiency.
