The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehouse operations, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive improvements while maintaining high productivity and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a warehouse/logistics setting.
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse or distribution operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate a diverse team and manage workloads.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of warehouse staff ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and promote a safe environment.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to staff.
• Manage workload distribution and staffing to meet operational demands.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse workspace and track performance.
