The successful candidate will manage inventory, oversee order fulfillment, and drive cost reductions while meeting tight targets in a hybrid work environment. A strong track record in warehousing and team development is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or operations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of WMS and inventory control procedures.
• Understanding of supply chain principles and logistics best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model (on-site + remote planning).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff with training and performance management.
• Maintain efficient inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Optimize layout, workflow and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Analyze data to identify improvements and implement corrective actions to reduce costs.
