You will lead a team responsible for robust controls, audits, and lean improvements while collaborating with on-site and remote teams in a hybrid setup.

The role requires a Logistics or Supply Chain background, 4+ years in inventory control with leadership exposure, and strong experience with WMS and Excel for data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years in warehouse inventory control; 1+ year in leadership.
• Experience with WMS and inventory software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the inventory control team to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
• Oversee implementation and adherence to inventory control policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits to verify stock accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies; identify root causes and preventative actions.
• Optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing holding costs and stockouts.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of inventory (FIFO/LIFO) to minimize obsolescence and damage.
• Utilize WMS to track inventory movement, generate reports, and analyze data.
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and sales teams to align inventory management with business objectives.
• Train and mentor inventory control staff on best practices and system usage.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
