Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university is required.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Previous experience in university admissions, student recruitment, or related student services role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using student information systems and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students and families on programs, admission requirements, and procedures.
• Review and evaluate undergraduate and postgraduate applications with complete documentation.
• Conduct interviews with applicants to assess suitability for programs.
• Represent the university at recruitment events, college fairs, and information sessions, on-campus and virtually.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors, educators, and community organizations.
• Process applications and maintain accurate student records in the admissions system.

• Assist in planning admissions-related events and campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and stakeholders.
