Qualifications

• Matric certificate is essential; HR/Business qualification is advantageous.
• Experience in customer-facing or admin roles is beneficial.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess suitability.
• Build and maintain candidate relationships for a positive experience.
• Support senior consultants with client relationships and staffing needs.
• Schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the ATS.
• Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and industry trends.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment processes.
• Develop understanding of recruitment best practices and methodologies.
