Travel Chasers in South Africa is launching a brand-new outbound sales initiative focused on SA travellers for European and other tours. You will help build processes, pilot new ideas, and shape how this offering is sold and delivered from SA.

You will be handling inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp and live chat, quote and book flights and add-ons, and work in a hybrid environment with close cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel sales, flight bookings/ticketing, or a similar FIT/travel consultant role - minimum 3 years.
• Comfortable working across email, phone, WhatsApp and live chat across multiple channels.
• High attention to passport, personal information, and booking accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Respond to incoming customer enquiries across email, phone, WhatsApp, and live chat from the new SA localised website.
• Identify enquiries requiring flights, visas, or package add-ons and manage the customization process.
• Quote, hold & confirm/cancel international flights accurately within tight turnaround windows.
• Upsell relevant package components - pre/post-tour nights, extensions and transfers.
• Process & track customer payments and documentation in line with deadlines.
• Provide general customer service and admin support across sales and booking.
• Feed frontline insights back to the team to shape this new offering.
