Job summary

The role is hybrid with in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. Candidates with 3–5 years of network analysis experience and TCP/IP expertise are preferred, including familiarity with SolarWinds or PRTG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in network analysis, monitoring or administration.
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and PRTG.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, and security concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills; scripting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network traffic, performance metrics, and logs to identify anomalies.
• Analyze data to diagnose issues and provide root-cause analyses.
• Generate regular reports on network performance, availability and security.
• Assist in planning and implementing network upgrades and changes.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize configurations and scalability; document diagrams and procedures.
